Barn House is a unique self catering property in the lovely Lakeland village of Braithwaite, two miles from the Lake District market town of Keswick on Derwentwater. There are three good sized bedrooms - two doubles and a twin room - comfortably sleeping from two to six people. The conversion is of the highest standard, and is highly recommended by previous visitors. The hallway leads to a spacious lounge with original oak beams, an open fire (with screen for children), two comfortable sofas, TV, video, DVD and french doors opening onto the patio. To the side of the lounge is a formal dining area with table and chairs. The large kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker with ceramic hob, microwave and all mod cons. There is a table and chairs for more informal dining. Leading from the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and dryer and a seperate w.c. The property has gas central heating and gas and electrics are included in the letting price. Upstairs there are three good sized bedrooms - two doubles and a twin.
