great favourite is the traditional, cloth bound Cumberland cheese, made
to an
old recipe. All cheeses are available direct from the dairy, or by mail
order. Local shorthorn cows provide the milk for the unpasteurized
cheese. Goats
cheese is another of the products visitors can buy in the shop after
seeing the cheese being made.
Wedding cake tiers made of cheese and decorated with fruit are
becoming more popular for brides designing something a little bit
different.
